My Curse
- My Curse Tab
The My Curse tab is the conduit to your own personal profile within the Curse social network. Hovering your mouse over the tab will display a drop-down menu similar to the one shown in the screenshot. Clicking on My Curse will take you to your profile's main page and there are several other things you can access through the use of this menu.
- Profile
The Profile link takes you directly to your member profile on Curse. Everyone that registers on the website has a profile page, easily found by typing in the url http://my.curse.com/yourusername/. Other members on the website can visit this page, so you'll be able to show off all of your information to the world with this page.
- My Account
The My Account link takes you directly to your profile's Control Panel, where you can edit every facet of your profile, from personal information, computer information, add games and characters for games, add additional emails, track your favorites, add and communicate with friends through the friends list and messages, and much more.
- Projects
The Projects link takes you to a page in your Control Panel that displays all of the projects you have on Curse. From here you'll be able to access each project's page, edit that project, and track the latest comments for all of your projects on Curse. It's a great way to not only keep your projects updated, but also keep tabs on what other members of Curse think about them.
- Favorites
The Favorites link takes you to your profile's Favorites page, where you can manage your favorites, and even add a live RSS feed to let you know when your favorites are updated, whether browsing the Curse website or not. There is also a number in parentheses next to the Favorites link which displays the number of new updates in your Favorites list. This is a great way to notice if you have something updated or not, as simply mousing over the My Curse tab will tell you.
- Messages
The Messages link takes you to your profile's Messages section - your very own message center where you can browse new messages, compose messages to other Curse members, view messages you've already sent, delete unwanted or old messages, and archive messages if you so choose. Like the Favorites link, the Messages link also contains a number in parentheses next to it. This number will tell you how many new messages you have waiting for you.
